What file type do I need?

JPG or PNG files are recommended, with a minimum size of 1 MB. Please avoid panoramic images and designs with large areas of white or very light colors.
What do I do if I find a broken piece or am missing a piece?

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Really enjoyed the new wooden puzzle from WanderLoon. Fun to assemble with every piece a unique shape. Especially fun to find all the special pieces that seemed to be custom designed for our puzzle! The picture we chose is of my family taken at a special event. Many of the puzzle pieces were party and celebration patterns; very fitting. The distinctive puzzle pieces went together firmly and stayed in place even when we moved assembled sections around. This made it easy for several of us to put together.

That puzzle was so crazy, with all the wild pieces and the cool ones that were different things like pompoms and cupcakes. I like to do puzzles because my nana helps me, and you get to find the right pieces, you feel proud of yourself.

I liked how there was a dancer piece on my dress, and I'm in dance so that felt special. I like puzzles because it's calming, and you feel puzzled when you don't know where the pieces go. Also I like that you can be surprised of what the final picture looks like. You can do puzzles with family members and you can get to know them better.
